Kanatlı Hayvanlarda Adenovirus Enfeksiyonlarına Genel Bakış: Fowl Aviadenovirus Enfeksiyonları

Abstract

Adenoviridae ailesi Mastadenovirus, Aviadenovirus, Atadenovirus, Siadenovirus ve Ichtadenovirus olmak üzere 5 farklı genusa ayrılmıştır. Aviadenovirus genusunda yer alan önemli kanatlı adenoviruslarını içeren Fowl aviadenovirus (FAdV) 5 farklı genotipe (FAdVA-FAdVE) ve 12 farklı serotipe (1-8a, 8b-11) ayrılmıştır. Belirtilen serotipler tarafından kanatlı hayvanlarda İnklüzyon Cisimcikli Hepatit (Inclusion Body Hepatitis-IBH), Hidroperikard Sendromu (Hydropericardium Syndrome-HS) ve Kaslı Mide Erozyonu-Ülser Sendromu (Gizzard Erosions Ulceration Syndrome-GEU) olmak üzere 3 farklı hastalık tablosu oluşturulmaktadır. 


Bu derleme FAdV enfeksiyonları hakkında bilgilendirme, klinik olarak oluşan enfeksiyon tablolarının gösterilmesi ve güncel verilerin değerlendirilmesi amacı ile hazırlanmıştır.

An Overview of Poultry Adenovirus Infections: Fowl Aviadenovirus Infections

Abstract

Adenoviridae family is divided into five different genus: Mastadenovirus, Aviadenovirus, Atadenovirus, Siadenovirus and Ichtadenovirus. Fowl aviadenovirus (FAdV) which is divided into 5 different genotypes (FAdV A-FAdV E) and 12 different serotypes (1-8a, 8b-11), includes important poultry adenoviruses in Aviadenovirus genus. These serotypes cause 3 different disease patterns in poultry, concerning: Inclusion Body Hepatitis (IBH), Hydropericardium Syndrome (HS), Gizzard Erosions and Ulceration Syndrome (GEU).


This review was prepared to provide information about FAdV infections, in order to show the clinical manifestations of infection and to evaluate the current data.
