Gastrit ve Mide Kanseri Hastalarında Kan Malondialdehit (MDA) ve Redükte Glutatyon(GSH) Düzeylerinin Araştırılması

Abstract

Amaç:
Kanser ve gastrit üzerine antioksidan sistemlerin rolü halen tam olarak
bilinmediği için hastalık süresince artan MDA’in ve düşen GSH'un bu
hastalıklarda rol alıp almadığını belirlemek.



Gereç
ve Yöntem:
Araştırma materyalimizde Kafkas Üniversitesi
Araştırma ve Uygulama Merkezi'ne başvuran 13 gastrit hastası, 12 kanser deney
grubunu,  sağlıklı 13 birey de kontrol
grubu oluşturdu.



Bulgular:
Yapılan çalışmalarda sağlıklı grupta GSH değeri 1,65 0,43 mol/ml, gastrit
hastası olan grupta 1,89 0,24 mol/ml, mide kanserli hasta grubunda ise 1,51
0,28 mol/ml olarak saptanmıştır. Yine kontrol grubunda MDA değeri 0,67 0,66
nmol/ml, gastrit hastası olan grupta 2,97 1,77 nmol/ml, mide kanseri hastası
olan grupta ise 3,65 2,46 nmol/ml olarak saptanmıştır. Gastrit hastası ve mide
kanseri hastalarında MDA düzeyleri kontrol grubuna göre istatistiksel olarak
anlamlı bir artış (p< 0,05) göstermiştir.



Sonuç: İnsanlarda
mide kanseri etyolojisi halen tam olarak bilinmemekle birlikte, çalışmamızda
azalan antioksidan savunma sistemi, artan oksidatif stres ve lipid
peroksidasyonu gastrik karsinogeneziste bu faktörlerin önemli bir rol oynadığı
söylenebilir.
